REMNPM recently awarded a grant to SOME’s Center for Employment Training (SOME CET), reinforcing their commitment to empowering youth experiencing homelessness and poverty with life-changing career training. Through this funding, we can continue offering tuition-free, immersive workplace training that equips students with professional certifications in healthcare or building trades—industries that provide stable, well-paying jobs.
But at SOME CET, career training goes beyond just technical skills. Graduates also leave with first aid and CPR certifications, as well as critical soft skills like workplace communication, professionalism, and problem-solving—ensuring they are fully prepared for long-term success.
This investment in our students is an investment in hope, opportunity, and transformation. By supporting CET, REMNPM is helping individuals build lasting stability, breaking cycles of poverty, and creating brighter futures for generations to come.
