  • Same-day access to behavioral health support. Ask to be connected to a SOME  consultant for help with managing stress, anxiety, grief, loss, depression, anger, substance abuse, weight loss, diabetes, smoking cessation, and other issues.

Hours: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. ET, Monday through Fridays

Walk-in Hours: Beginning Tuesday, July 9, the clinic will operate from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM daily, with closure to walk-in and appointment services in the afternoon. During this time, our medical team will continue to provide Tele-Health Visits and respond to emergencies.

Eligibility: Patients must be at least 18 years of age and a DC resident. 

The SOME Medical Clinic accepts patients regardless of their ability to pay. We accept various insurance plans–including Medicare, DC Medicaid, Medstar, Alliance, Amerihealth, and Carefirst–and have a sliding scale of fees. We will also assist eligible patients in applying for insurance.
