The 71 O St. Dining Room renovation project will begin on Tuesday, February 7, 2023. 

71 O St. will close to the public after breakfast is served on Monday, February 6, 2023.  

All affected services and programs will move to various locations on the O Street NW Campus.

Every Day, Year-Round
Men: 6:00am to 7:30am
Women: 6:00 to 7:30am
Location: 75 Hanover Place NW (1st floor of Isaiah House)
Showers are available by appointment in the afternoon for transgender persons, people with medical referrals, people with disabilities, and other authorized emergencies. Visit the front desk of 60 O. St. to schedule.

Clothing

Clients may collect a limited amount of items each day the program is open based on inventory.

Food Pantry

Emergency food is distributed from the warehouse on Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00am-11:00am. Clients are welcome to utilize the pantry once a week.
Restrictions: Persons can receive pantry items once a week.

Center for Employment Training

Eligibility: Applicants must be at least 18 years old and be able to produce a state-issued ID, a Social Security Card, a Birth Certificate, and a current TB test result. Applicants must be pass a drug test and possess the basic math and English skills needed to benefit from the program.

Family Housing

Currently our Intake Line is CLOSED
Location: Throughout the city
Eligibility: Head of household must be over the age of 18. Family must be earning no more than 30% of area median income and be eligible for Section 8 housing assistance. Additional eligibility guidelines apply, click here for more.

Single Adult Housing

Clients must change their personal address at their local post office to 71 O Street, NW. Clients my sign-up to receive a text and/or email notification for when their mail arrives.
