AstraZeneca Foundation awards SOME and other nonprofits to advance health equity

We are thrilled to share the news that SOME has been selected as a recipient of the Creating Health Access for Next Generation Equity (CHANGE) grant from the AstraZeneca Foundation! This partnership marks a significant step towards our goal of fostering transformative change in the lives of medically vulnerable individuals facing homelessness and poverty in the heart of Washington, D.C.

With the generous support of the AstraZeneca Foundation, SOME is committed to ensuring equitable access to comprehensive healthcare that proactively addresses the unique challenges and needs of each person we serve. This initiative is a testament to our dedication to providing the highest standard of care, allowing individuals to regain their health with the dignity they deserve. Over the course of the next year, SOME will be enhancing our healthcare services by introducing in-house cardiology visits, making telehealth consultations more accessible for our clients, and further integrating our comprehensive service offerings.
