Members of the organization set up stations to simulate a real job interview. The stations ranged from 1-on-1, 2-on-1 and panel interviews, 30-second elevator speeches and Skype interviews. IFMA also provided stations for resume building and a “Dress to Impress” area where volunteers donated business attire clothing.

Hors d’oeuvres, dinner and dessert was donated by Geppetto Catering and provided a platform for students and volunteers to mix and mingle away from the interview stations.

The International Facility Management Association (IFMA) is the premier professional association for facility management. The organization’s membership is comprised of more than 18,500 facility professionals throughout 67 countries. The local Washington, DC chapter has over 900 members.
